    Same,! This pack just seems super chill and realistic. It reminds me a LOT of Island Living, where it was more of a lifestyle pack. You could chill in the water, tanning, relaxing on floaters, combing the sands. Just overall a very laid back way to play. Except this one has a whole extra amount of content on top of that chill life style. Im going to enjoy turning off aging and just play this world one day at time, hiking/ rock climbing - resting in the hot springs, festival with friends etc. Might also be one of my favorite packs!

    The 80s' inspired overalls are actually snow pants without the jacket. Some people wear overalls instead of pants so that the snow doesn't come inside of their shirts if they fall while skiing/snowboarding But you can wear them if you're into the 80s' if you want 😝

    Probably might be a long comment but here some translation/explanation of some of the Japanese terms/clothes in this video. Sakura(Sah-ku-rah) = the cherry blossom flowers that are used for most of the floral design in this pack. Kimono(key-moh-noh)(the one that have the overcoat) = the more formal type of traditional Japanese clothes that are usually wore during celebrations like weddings or graduation. Yukata(You-kah-tah) = the less formal type compared to kimono. Usually wore during festivals like seasons events. Normally the fabric is thinner than Kimono. Some onsen places will also provide yukata for the customers to change into after having a dip in the onsen. Haori(Huh-oh-ri) = the thin overcoat/cardigan that are usually use for kimono. Hanten(Hunt-ten) = the thick overcoat/cardigan that are available on the male sim that are used indoor during winter. Gakuran(Gah-ku-run) = the male Japanese school uniform. Most of school in Japan doesn't use this already tho. Sometimes students will use this clothes when attending funeral as black clothes is needed and most students doesn't have a suits that adults will wear. Jinbei(Jin-bay) = the short sleeve and short pants that are available for children sims. Adults could also wear them but they're consider childish. Geta(Geh-tah) = the traditional Japanese footwear. Usually worn with kimono and yukata but can also be worn with normal clothes. The term of yukata and kimono is the same for both gender. I think I've cover it all but tell me if i miss something.✌️

    The "ki" in kimono is actually pronounced similarly to "key" (but shorter), instead of "kuh". Also, the first "kimono" (both male and female) Deligracy looks at is not actually a kimono but a “yukata”. A yukata is a more simple version of a kimono, often made of cotton instead of silks. They are often worn in onsen bathhouses or during summer festivals in Japan. The second “kimono” with the jacket is an actual kimono. You can see this because the belt is more elaborate and the “dress” part is also multi-layered. Another cultural thing is that both yukata and especially kimono are worn with the hair up. This is because the back of the neck is traditionally seen as the “sexy” part of the whole outfit and should be exposed. Lastly, the “apron outfit” is often worn in restaurant and Japanese style bars. Thank you for reading and let me know if I made any mistakes >

    Honestly I actually like the fringe on those two hairstyles and will probably use them a lot. I also really like the additional colours from the ombre versions , but with that kind of stuff it's just always sad that there are no other hairs with those colours so the sim will have to stick to the same hairs constantly. But I am bothered with the beanie. Not just this one but all of the ones we have. None of the beanies ever cover the ears. If it's cold that's one of the main functions of wearing a beanie. Covering the ears!

The name means "princess" and it's still quite popular among young women despite being traditional.

    So about those slippers... In Japan, you take off your shoes inside but everyone basically uses slippers instead of shoes or being barefooted or in socks only. And they use a separate pair of slippers inside the bathroom/toilet because it is more hygienic. Edit: I'm talking about the regular looking slippers, not the geta/zori sandals. Just to clarify!

    Your male sims was slouching a lot which probably wasn't intentional seeing as you made him proper. You can adjust a Sim's posture by turning them sideways then grabbing at the middle of their back and sliding up or down.

    That would be so cool! I would really like a kind of grunge pack, (im personally am not a toddler/ kid player) but I would still love some diversity in teens. Teens is probably my favorite state bc they can do most of the same stuff adults do but you can experiment alot with them, like high and lows of dating, get them started on some passions like art or sports. So adding some dynamic themes and activies to teens like a skater lifestyle and some other stuff is something Id really appreciate!

    I think the name Kei is more pronounced like Kay (like with an english e sound in the end)... Oh and the wooden sandals/shoes are called geta and just like you said are traditionally worn with kimono or similar traditional outfits. Also, fun fact: Komorebi basically is the word for the look of sunlight falling through the leaves of a tree. It's such a pretty word that I don't think exists in any other language. Japanese really is such an original and beautiful language.

    Kei would absolutely be pronounced Keh-ee, similar to Kay but with a stronger emphasis on the Y than an English Kay. In Japanese, it'd likely be written as two characters. There isn't really an equivalent H sound in Japanese. Another thing is for the grandmother character, you could call her Obaachan which is Japanese for grandmother! Obachan - while similar - means aunt. I haven't heard baba being used as a nickname - most people I know tend towards baachan more than anything - but I like that you've put some effort into the names!!! Good job, Deli!!

    The clothes are amazing. Just cannot wait to play and explore everything *_*. Im not japanese but I love japanese culture. So really excited for this pack!!! Since you had some interogations about about the clothes that are more traditional : And here are some explainations about the sandals. The japanese sandals that you wear with kimonos or yukatas are named geta. The slides kind of sandals you can wear them inside houses. I guess in the onsen too (when you are out of the bath section). Just as a side note because as I saw people wondering how to pronounce "Komorebi" (which is a word to describe the ray of sun passing through trees branches) Ko mo ray B. The R in japanese is mid way between a L and a R (a bit more on the R side) The male suit that is located beside the mascot costume is a school uniform for guys. And I would say that the apron look is more for store staffs. Seen this look on staff working in book stores, cafes. The kid's short and top knotted on the side is called a Jinbei and you can wear it during summer. Sad that this one is not offered for adults ;_;
