This video is for COACHES that need to expand their businesses . Post Graduate Content ! ! Illustration : I drive a standard shift truck . Having a hard time shifting from 3rd to fourth . Do I really need to know how to re-build my transmission ? NO ! That's how my mechanic gets paid . I'll be one of your coaching CLIENTS ! I would rather pay $500 to a COACH { my mechanic , a professional } for 2 hours and all 25 slots are filled in . Action and Application is all on me and my team . But the role of "Program Manager" should should be My first and my number one team member .

Thank you Brandon for doing this chart. As I watched this video I have since: Bought your book " High Performance Habits, and the Journal" I also listen to the book on Audible. I really like how you think through the steps of this process. I have to admit it was a bit over my head with the delegation and launch parts. I know it should not feel over my head I am a professional and have done more work for others on a higher level that when it comes to myself. I feel like I got stuck in the details, I will review this more and try to apply the steps to my projects. I would like to see how you do a smaller project on writing your book. I know that you "Super Scale" I just need small fries size :) Thank you . What I took from this is that Timing is so important and you at least know how to time out projects. I am enjoying following your work.
