WOW I've been cooking for almost 50 yrs and today i learned how to bread chicken without making a mess with my hands. This is the sole reason i did not like breading anything. I will form this day forward be switching hands. Sounds so simple but i never thought of this. I love how you mix in telling little life lessons stories. More of that please Another great video!

I just now made this for supper, and it was WONDERFUL! Holy SMOKES! Add a little Tobasco to your buttermilk mixture to give it great taste. Soak chicken for 1 hour. I like to put my coated chicken in the fridge for 20 minutes before cooking. So good.

Yes! I also use buffalo sauce in my buttermilk (which is heavy in Tabasco of course)!

I am a compounding pharmacy technician, so I feel like I “cook” all day. So I never want to cook when I get home. You have me wanting to cook again! I'm old enough to be your mom so I've been cooking a very long time, but you've just taught me a new dish that I know everyone will love! I have just learnt something new, and I'll pass it along to you...when I make my coating now for chicken, fish, whatever, I add corn starch to the flour, it really makes it extra crispy, especially if I'm using the air fryer. I'm going to try adding buttermilk like you do tho. Then once the chicken is in the air fryer, I spray it lightly with Avocado oil. Mmmm. I'm going to try yours this week, I think I'll make linguini to go with...!

I made this for dinner last night and it delicious! I served it with a side of broccoli, which was so good topped with the cream sauce. I will 100% be making this again ;)

I am enjoying watching you cook. Please try Redmond salt it will elevate your dish & is better for you. Also wear a glove/or roll back the plastic & hold it there -when you touch cheeses so the cheese stays fresh longer…if you touch it with your hand it starts the molding process.
