I made this for my husband last night, and this is what he said: "Please tell me you have a recipe for this...Please tell me you can make this again" It just so happened that I had fresh pasta: Ravioli with roasted butternut and sage filling. The sweetness of the butternut with this sauce was EPIC!!! I'm so glad you're doing this full time now, as a result we are SO Blessed.

@@valvihk3649 Likely pre packaged fresh pasta that has different flavor pasta including the butternut WITH sage filling, I find these pasta’s at Albertsons.

Added mushrooms,broccolini and shrimp to mine. Delicious 🤤

So versatile!

Watched this video and decided on a whim to make it for dinner with what I had on hand. I used a mix of heavy cream, half and half, and milk, subbed arugula for the spinach, and used grated parmesan for the cheese. OMG was this delicious! I look forward to making it again the real way! Thank you!

I eat my food in my plastic dog bowl and my dog eat on the handmade artisanal ceramic plates.

Here is the recipe: 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp olive oil 6 cloves minced garlic 400 ml baking/whipped cream Sprinkle salt and pepper 120 g baby spinach 60 g of grana padana cheese Sprinkle with more pepper, cheese, and extra virgin oil

i made something like this before but i blended the sauce just before when you add the pasta. it was just as good as this but created a vibrant green sauce instead. love this recipe!

How about no cream at all, the pasta would still be creamy if you add the cheese mix with the pasta water

@@spazticle8752 carbonara does that, but it doesn't get the same consistency as cream. The recipe for carbonara does use eggs but with just cheese and water I think you're gonna get even worse results
