To get the stick straight,you just cover each cup with foil paper and make a hole in the middle and put the stick.

No please. The condensed milk acts as a sweetner so there is no need to add any sugar.

The condensed milk I used in this recipe substituted for sugar, but you can equally add it according to your preference.

Please you can choose to boil it or either opt for my method as well. Both methods work so just choose the one that you're most comfortable and conversant with, because you will end up achieving the same result.
