Cream Cheese Vegetable Roll Ups | Cream Cheese Wraps | Holiday Party Appetizer | Party Snack
For the filling:
1 cup plain cream cheese at room temperature
¾ cup finely chopped red peppers (capsicum)
¾ cup finely chopped black olives
¾ cup finely chopped green onions
½ tsp salt or as per taste
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
¾ cup shredded monterey jack cheese
For the roll ups:
3-4 plain tortillas slightly warmed to be pliable
Mix all the filling ingredients well.
Slightly warm the tortillas so that they are pliable.
Spread the cream cheese mixture in an even layer.
Start rolling as tightly as possible so that they hold the shape and hold the cream cheese mixture tightly inside.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes for the cream cheese mixture to firm up.
Cut to desired size and enjoy it for your next holiday party.
