Gamecube and ps2

I have a Dreamcast with VGA cable, this game looks absolutely gorgeous on a 1998 console hardware, it's incredible how it runs so smooth at stable 60FPS.

GameCube has the best draw distance. Least amount of pop-in from the opening seconds. Buildings don't just appear like in the other the ones.

I love the Dreamcast version

It's incredible how the original set of musics is part of the Crazy Taxi experience

Despite having a much worse screen resolution, the GBA version seems much more faithful than the Java version, at least carrying some feeling of traffic.

The psp version was the way I use to play this game. Played really well and the fact they included the sequel was awesome.

I remember trading like 3 GBC games with some little kid for Crazy Taxi on GBA. It was a lot of fun.

I think whether you played the Dreamcast original or the GameCube port you had some of the best graphics (each seems to have their strengths) and they both had the original soundtrack and ad placements so you can't go wrong with either.

Dreamcast is like the Definitive Edition, because it has original soundtrack and original feeling of the game overall. Also best physical version of the game, because of the quality of image via VGA cable. Playing that on PC or other consoles dosen't feel right for me. Original experience is the best. YAYAYAYAYA!

The gamecube and the Windows versions has a better draw distance!

Dreamcast is 640x480 (480p) via VGA, PS2 is only 640x200 (480i) via RGB SCART.

Now tell me whatever you whant. But the GBA version is an autentic thecnical miracle. I mean yes, the graphics is pixelated as f**k. But the cities are recognizable. Autstanding if we consider that the game is a conversion of a full 3D 64bit game bringed to a low power 32bit low 3D capability handheld.

Of the generation the game originally came out in I'll say it's a toss-up between the DC and PS2 versions. On a sidenote 🤮 for the GBA version.

When it was doing the PSP animations why did the passenger sound that way

The Dreamcast version hands down, not only does it have the offspring tracks , it has no loading bar screen like the lame PS3 port, you could play your own tunes on it but you have to do it manually every time.

Although this is a great comparison video and I never knew Crazy Taxi had so many Ports But Who the hell Plays Crazy Taxi and not have the Offspring Blasting in their ears whilst they’re playing I know it’s for copyright reasons but still it’s just sounds weird with just the engine roaring and no Offspring

Good

My only problem with this game is that the car controls like a empty box on wheels. It doesn't have weights and control doesn't feel satisfying. Thus, i stoped playing it after few minutes cause, it is not fun. Now don't get me wrong, i like arcade racing games. Like, take Outrun for example, or Top Gear 2. Those are fun to play, cause those games were made right. But this game... it is something else.
