У меня муж был турок, боже как он вкусно готовил. Мммм. Рис, зелёные помидоры, лимон, грецкий орех, все это в перец болгарский. Обильно поливал оливковым маслом, такая вкуснятина. А баклава, а турецкий сужюк. Это нечто.

En España, también se le llama churro. Luego en lugares concretos, les dicen porras. En Málaga se hace un tipo de churro mas pequeño, que se llama tejeringo. Parece ser que es derivado de una palabra árabe, y que ya se hacían hace mil años. Masa frita.

В Испании называют чурро только здесь в сироп не макают делят на 4 части и едят с горячим шоколадом. Делают 2 вида на любителя потоньше а также как вы видите и очень вкусно.

Aquí en México le decimos churros y se les pone azúcar o se rellenan con chocolate o lechera y también se hacen así en espiral o se van haciendo uno por uno, depende del gusto de cada quien, ya se me antojaron unos con un buen chocolatito espumoso, ahorita vengo no me tardo 😋

We call this churros but the sticks are longer. Or if you make it smaller, and keep thT shape, it’s similar to “funnel cake”. Then instead of glaze, you put strawberries 🍓 on top with syrup, or powdered sugar, or chocolate syrup…
