Again another awesome video. I notice you are using different hubs for the Fanatec. Are those hubs useful i was thinking buying Podium hub put my real rally wheel a set of 6 buttones ( ~25 eur ) is enought for RBR. I'm sure the hubs / electronics are useful but if I play only RBR i need up , down , enter , backspace in 99% of the cases. Any feedback on the idea of Podium Hub > Wheel > CS DD base

It takes some time to get used to a wheel. But once you do, you will not be able to go back to a controller 😁

@@ProjectSimRacing I already can’t, my accuracy with corners was 110% better the moment started using the wheel and pedals, controller I needed to use an advanced controller input mod to get even close to it, FFB has been my hurdle I need to go over the most since it’s feels kinda off with the timing and pressure/tension compared to a real car, briefly I found a somewhat close setup but somehow in changing things some more I forgot what those settings were. I may just try doing a calibration with a slower car at about 55-70 MPH since that’s about what I drive normally, hoping that will get the feel most of the way there and work my way up front there, anything lower speed can usually be mechanically corrected by the arms and hands strength.

I hear you! If you had a Fanatec, I'd suggest the Fanalab settings, but with your Moza R5, you might want to dive into some KZread guides for customization. There are plenty of resources available to help you fine-tune your setup to feel just right😉

The only occasion where i changed the tracks on the CD in my MEGANE 3 RS TROPHY was in CAEN . France at the speed of 180 km.h...............that was the only occasion in my entire life 😂😂😂. scary sensation when you turn your eyes from the road in an imprtant speed. 🥴

Thanks a lot, @daddyjunior587! 🙌 I really appreciate it! The time it takes to master a track can really vary. For this one, it took about 4 or 5 runs before I felt I got it right. Sure, with more practice, I could improve my time, but there are only so many hours in a day, right? For other tracks/cars, it might take a couple of hours to feel in sync. An important aspect is that I've got a decade of experience with a wheel, which definitely helps speed up the learning curve😉

I run it at 3 x 2k actually 😁 I use Nvidia Surround and adjust the fov and seat position until I'm happy with how it looks. Unfortunately that's something that I have to do with every single car since WRC still doesn't support triple screens..

Due how you could change the codriver voice? and whats your thought about the tarmac drift physics in ea wrc?

@StickNacyRacing I'm using this adapter amzn.to/45Npk1G I run att 7680x1440 (2k) at 120fps. And you are right about G-sync, there's currently no way of having it on with an adapter. But I do use V-sync and it's ok. Not the best solution, but it's the only solution right now😊

I haven't personally used the Next Level Racing triple monitor stand, so I can't speak from experience. However, from what I've seen, they might not be as sturdy as you'd want. I'd suggest checking out some reviews to get a better idea of their stability. If you're looking for a recommendation, I use a stand from Trak Racer trakracer.eu/collections/monitor-stands/products/legs-for-floor-monitor-stand-for-tr8020-monitor-stand-black?ref=ProjectSimRacing which are extremely stable😊

You gotta hold down the windscreen wiper button to make them turn on and stay on. Hold once: slow speed Hold twice: fast wipers.

I’m running 1440p triples with a 4090/13900k using SWRE and WRC looks washed out and a blurry (especially the center screen). Has anyone else experienced this? I’m not upscaling and it still looks pretty bad.

Crazy thing about your videos and thumbnails is that if one is scrolling through videos and sees one of your video thumbnails, my mind does not register for a while that it is a Sim Racing setup, like I know it is that but still, it always looks like POV from an actual racing car.

Looks more dramatic than it actually is. It's also a pretty easy route. I'm 3 seconds faster on the route with my premium Hori steering wheel. but as a beginner...not a bad performance, i have to admit!

me watching all rally vids in this channel... me: "wow that look so easy" me: *buy a racing wheel" me: "trying playing.... but the car always spining" lol me:"sh*t... more easy using a xbox controller" lol so in the end, i only use racing wheel for ats /ets2 games lol

Haha🤣🤣, I totally get it, @BayuThira! 😄 Transitioning from a controller to a racing wheel can be quite the challenge, but it's all about practice. Don't get discouraged! With some time and persistence, you'll find that a wheel offers a whole new level of fun and precision. Keep at it, and soon you'll wonder how you ever raced without it! 😉

Haha, definitely! I've actually been on the lookout for a sim racing suit, but it seems like there's nothing out there for sim racers. And wearing a real racing suit? I think I'd sweat buckets in one of those! 😝🤣

Thank you so much brother! Really appreciate it! 🙌🫡 I definitely don't see it or ever think about it when driving. The only time I see it is when I watch my own videos before uploading them to YT😄 I know how 😁 And it should arrive next month. It's my Qubic full motion system 😉
