Crazy Slow Uploads! Is ipNX gaming speed tests on Speedtest[dot]net?

I've been having issues with my upload speed for a couple months now, so I decided to go ahead and run a couple of tests to see if i'm just going crazy or ipNX is deliberately improving my connection when connecting me to speedtest[dot]net

    idk its really bad for me rn. i cant play games because the ping is not stable at all. do u know how I can optimize it?
