WHAT - WITH THE MORE MIRACULOUSLY CONSISTENT UNDER-PERFORMER THE PAST 3.75 SEASONS IN MAGUIRE CONTINUED TO BE PICKED..IT ONLY SHOWS THE MANAGEMENT AND ETH IS WAY TOO LENIENT WITH UNDER-PERFORMING PLAYERS..!!!
