So true, when i was in Jamaica i always use the sour orange roasted for hoarse throat and it did work. But now i migrated i have to consult the doctor or the pharmacy for hoarse throat medication sometimes dont work . Nature is the best. Love this blogg. Coco boy.

Im very happy you properly represented the religion well because many make the mistake by calling it rastafarianism but its rastafari because they dont deal or believe in any isms or schisms. But believe in rastafari as a movement. A life choice. And words hold high significance to them because they believe life and death is in the power of the tongue. So it is highest respect describing and adressing them correctly.

Here it is Breadfruit trees are native to the islands of the South Pacific but in 1793 the plant was brought to the West Indies from Tahiti by Captain Bligh on the ship Providence. In Jamaica breadfruit is commonly cultivated on lower elevations in the rainier areas of the island.
