Crazy Growth in Raised Bed Container/Pot Garden

Had some crazy growth in both raised bed and containers in the last couple of weeks. I'm almost tempted to pull a carrot or an onion or 2 😂🙈🏴❤🥕🧅
also at the end I added a clip of some winged insect type thingys on my potato plants. Maybe baby ladybirds but could be a pest. An ID would be most welcome.

They have grown amazingly well

Yeah, I love the next bit, seeing whats under the soil and if it matches the growth on top.. carrots, parsnips, potatoes..... you never k ow whats there til you pull it up 😂
