There are some Naga (Nagaland)village which is shared between the two countries (India-Myanmar). eg:- some household sleep(Bed room) in india and eats(kitchen) in Myanmar. Some household lives in Myanmar are do farming in India. Lives in Myanmar but go to school in India.

@@maheshthapa4765 the very last part on video answers your question. They are allowed from both of nations. It's only allowed for local tribals and also just for a 16km from the border, means they are free to travel India or Myanmar within the 16km of original border line.

Yes, I crossed into Myanmar but had to return to home country before 4 pm of the day, without the necessity of visa or passport, but just had to submit any ID proof at the immigration point at border. I am a resident of Imphal, Manipur.
