I wouldn't call memorized lyrics freestyling, it's just bullshit. Most rappers can't do real freestyle, it takes some serious skills to be able to do this with a good flow. Harry Mack is fucking insane, there's not many people that could do the same.

Literally the only rapper who goes 100% off the top and never misses a beat. Dude goes in every single time

I’ve seen him stutter for like a millisecond but he’s so fluid man

1:07 is insanely impressive. Not only does he catch himself about to swear, but he stays on beat, keeps going, and works around it and even spits more rhymes. This just shows that his mind is working a mile a minute and he's mapping out his bars, which is so hard to do.

Call it trash, corny, whatever you want, but people fail to realize freestyling is just having fun, that's why some artists are intimidated to do it, they're just having fun and get bashed. He can actually flow, look up his freestyle with Joey Badass.

They should also check out a bunch of other rappers freestyles on things like sway in the morning to see how hard this really is, some of them get pretty stumped

Damn 3 years later his skill improved by tenfolds. Like didn't ever fathom it was possible, but his livestreams and omegle bars are straight up fire, no filler words, cadence and delivery out of this world. Not to mention the rhyme schemes and wordplay he weaves in and out of.

everyone saying this freestyle is whack is ignorant. the dude is actually freestyling off the top. when you watch other rappers "freestyle" and it's hot bar after bar it's most likely a written. this man is going off the top he's making it up as he goes. he uses his name a good amount because it's called a filler word... when you don't know what to say you use that word to go back on and spit again from it, everyone just likes to hate greatness

Where I come a freestyle means ALWAYS that you are doing it off the top and don't have a text written before. I was shocked when I saw some american rappers reading off their phone and calling it freestyling, but I guess the meaning is just a bit different there

Ty Harris Freestyling off the dome isn't easy. If it was everyone would be doing it. Just because you can't freestyle off the dome doesn't mean you can't rap. Freestyling is a plus but it's not a factor in music. Some people got it, and some don't.

You have a point but the entire purpose of calling yourself a rapper or lyricist is that you are, or are trying to be a master of your craft. Just as a professional let's say saxophonist can improve a solo unprepared, a rapper should be able to show they have more than natural talent with words via freestyling without relying on what was already written. But I do understand cause freestyling isn't everything.
