It was an epic piece of advise. I tell young couples all the time to choose your disagreements wisely. Most couples fight or disagree over stuff that will not matter in a week. We have been married 32 years and raising our 2nd set of kids. Life is adventurous and filled with happiness when you allow it.

I'd take the books. I am a dedicated bookaholic (retired librarian) and love books so much. As a child in a small Oklahoma village with no library and no access to books, I just can't get enough of them. I am so bad that I now have to hide them. My poor husband has given up on building me more bookcases. I will never be able to read all of them and they are all nonfiction. They give me great peace of mind for some reason. When I am gone, they will probably be put in recycling so I am furiously trying to read them all NOW.

Loved the guys comment at the end. Don't worry about the details. Truly one of the things I've learned is essential to a happy relationship. If it's your spouse, partner, boyfriend, girlfriend or just friend. You have to sweat the small stuff and sometimes heavy things. Life's a long journey and time really does fly. It's getting faster and faster each year. Just enjoy life, be kind and don't judge anyone that's not you. That couple seemed to have found the good life. Seemed genuinely happy.

A garage sale is truly the only place to find a one if a kind treasure that may not ever be seeing again or anywhere else in the world. Sellers can be motivated by money, freeing up space, finding new homes for stuff they cherish. It’s a mostly positive outcome and experience and that feeling of going on the hunt for that holy grail whatever that is to you is an addictive one.

I went to that same yard sale! I bought the topless lady mug near the can of heavy beer and the ceramic cookie molds. The guy was thrilled I took the mug, he didn’t want to have to throw it away. They were such nice people! Btw, just subscribed 😊 gotta help a fellow NH thrifter out! Happy hunting!

    Gotta say: 30 cars x $5.00 = $150.00 I think you'll get your money back. And more!

Saw that you lotted them. As it is, you have doubled your money. Not every buy is a score, But It's the hard slog targets you there. Just wish we had an Eco-Thrift around here!

You guys are so adorable. I have just recently found you. Enjoy watching all of your finds. I guess I am old school, but could not understand why you lugged a huge back pack with you while you were shopping and then to hear that you were carrying around you wedding dress. I guess I just am from a different era. LOL

Great video! I just sold a bunch of Nelly Budweiser cans a few months back, but I had to empty them per eBays policy. Do you plan on selling the HD can locally or see what happens on eBay? That was a nice find!

The displays that the trucks were in may have value. Look them up. I sold a wooded cassette tape holder for way more than I thought it was worth once.

No disrespect intended but she said "Picture" Lol I do paintings so.... If I didn't see the beautiful red hair I'd assumed she was blonde. Lovely couple. I gave a thumbs up. Peace and Love Y'all .

That's funny. As soon as I saw you pick up the Barracuda I went to eBay to your site and I couldn't find it. I see why now. Great video. You should get the for the trucks. You just should have thrown in the little display is with them. Stay safe guys.
