Fact you should know: You will know when Fickle Beam deals double when it says “Hydrapple is going all out!” (Or something along those lines) During the all out Fickle Beam, all of Hydrapple’s heads pop out and attack. It’s very cool!

Yeah when I did the final battle I mainly used my hydrapple. When I terastallized my hydrapple I shouted"HYDRAPPLE, GO ALL OUT, GO FURTHER BEYOND" and every time I said that I got the 30% chance for hydrapple to go all out😂

The pounce Scizor used dropped your speed, naking you slower than Scizor and thus Scizor is now faster than Ryperior, so when trick room set up, it inversed what was supposed to be Scizor, Ryperior, Incineror, Reuiniclies.

You mean Scizor became faster than Incineroar, hence moving after it when trick room was set up. Since the other two are slow as heck already (Reuniclus being slower than Rhyperior), the sequence went like this: Reuniclus first, then Rhyperior, Incineroar, and lastly, Scizor.

Fun Tip : Having Ogerpon in your champion fight against Kieran unlocks special dialogue in the fight 👍🏿

The strat at the beginning is pretty straightforward: using Alolan Ninetales' snow warning + aurora veil to be as bulky as possible. Since a part of Kieran's team abuses of the weather, once the aurora veil is off or it's not safe to bring it in anymore, you can count on using Kantonian Ninetales or any of Kieran's mons to bring up the sun, that way Ogerpon's fire mask is really effective

2:02 “Your name is Agias, yes?” might be my favorite line in the entire game.

Onions are, indeed, spicy. They're not what you think about first when you think about the spicy foods that exists, but they have a certain bite to them that really comes through when you bite into one raw.

Crispin threw me back to Michael's "WHY CAN'T YOU ALL JUST BEHAVE YOURSELVES!?!??!" moment

In the settings, you can switch Koraidon or Miraidon's flight to be inverted, which makes it much easier to control. Hope that helps!

just a little tip for BP farming, redoing the flying time trial once per difficulty gives you like 800 BP, and every rest area has an npc like the league reps in base game that reward you for doing battles in their specific biome, BP ( around 100 per i think) and a TM.

Btw Mikey your incineroar was faster under trick room because Scizor used pounce earlier which lowered your speed. Also when a Pokemon has air Balloon the game announces it as "Metagross floats in the air with its air balloon" or something like that

Theres also a special location near the coastal biome thatll give you a meloetta wild encounter but you have to do a specific thing that was a well hidden but rewarding thing the devs did

Absolutely I'm glad he was the first I fought now onto the other elite four

28:17: I did that exact same thing when I battled Crispin. I brought in and terastilized my Palafin, went in for a Flip Turn on the Rotom to switch him out and activate Zero to Hero, and then I had my Electivire let loose with Rock Slide which finished off Rotom because the Flip Turn was super effective and put it in KO range and one-shot the Talonflame cause of the 4x weakness to Rock. Palafin is honestly an excellent choice for this battle. Now transformed and still Tera'd, it managed to outspeed and one shot the rest of Crispin's team, except Exeggutor, that thing was so annoying, spamming protect and healing with it's Harvest Ability, I managed get in a Torch Song on that thing in the end from my Skeledirge and win the battle, all without losing a single pokemon on my end, but I guess I just got lucky. Still, I was glad to see the back of that stinking Exeggutor. If you can knock out both enemies on the first turn, it makes the fight a bit easier and minimizes damage taken on that turn, even if it's not that much.

My plan was to first use thief and basically made its ability useless and knock it out. Instead, my banette almost got knocked out when I sent her in and then used one of my pokemon's turn to heal up banette and then use theif on exeggutor. It didn't knock out the exeggutor but, I was able to take the berry and then she ate it at the end of that turn. Thankfully phantom force was enough to finish it off.

Well as fun as gyro-controlled flying can get at least lmao honestly you did way better than me on a first try at least

Luckily your can invert the flying axis in the settings, at least when you unlock flying in the post game

Hey Mikey! If you didn’t know, there’s a new move called supercell slam that they added in the indigo disk. It has 100 power, 95 accuracy, and it’s basically electric type axe kick. I used it on my electivire and slapped a wide Lens on to make sure it never misses. And the move has 15 pp (24 max), so it’s a good spamable option. Maybe you would want to use zebstrika with that move? It can learn it, but it learns it by TM.

Kieran being intimidating is so undercut by the yellow fanny pack as he struts off XD

The more I see of the indigo disc, the more convinced I am that the next game will be a unova legends game. Like we’ll get to meet a bunch of ancestors of the blueberry students and (aside from taking place in unova) Perrin being introduced in the dlc is a MASSIVE clue for that.

Contrary Serperior is demolishing everything, Leaf Storm twice and the enemy is begging Serperior the superior snek to not kill them, too bad he's too cold to spare. I love the smug snek. I only had trouble with Amarys and Crispin. But for the others, my Slither kills, can't wait to defeat Kieran in snek style. You could use it Michael, it's great. If you want, of course. The BP grind for Snivy was worth it for me and I say it was good call grinding for Incineroar, the wrestling tiger is more than just excellent.

Hey Mickey, fly to top of terrarium orb thingy. There is good loot on top. 50 stellar shards, gold bottle cap, and ability patch

I love the fact that he was so excited to get hydraple yet it isn't good against any of the elite four and hasn't used it once

Pretty sure the reason Incineroar was faster under trick room was because it got hit by Dugtrio's Tangling Hair and had a speed drop.

Hydrapple’s EXP growth rate is Erratic, best if you occasionally put it in the box whilst catching Pokemon unless you want to overlevel

That Skarmory was built for a stall set. It's function is to phase you through the stealth rocks to damage you while punishing physical attackers with the rocky helmet. Incineroar still seemed fast bc it had had it's speed lowered by pounce the turn before trick room went up.

The onion question at 25:12, yes, the onions are one of the ingredients needed. But you did fight the dude for the second jalapeno so the onion wasn't really necessary. You get the chorizo, jalapeno, onion, mustard, and chili sauce, and the battle for the second jalapeno is optional. If you make the sandwich with every spicy ingredient, including the second jalapeno, then Crispin will have a different dialogue.

Funny enough, I also named my Archaludon Skyarrow. Then again basically the only other Unova option was Tubeline. And not only does Skyarrow just fit better, it kinda connects to G-Max Duraludon being a skyscraper

I am probably one of the few or only people/person who named it folgaran. It's from a less known video game series. Also I like saying the full title of the character when I send it out in battle "go folgaran, the armor beast!"

Crispin was the only one that gave me serious trouble at first, but I fought fire with fire using flash fire Heatwave Chandelure to clean up his team

for the Flying you can change the settings for it, makes flying so much easier. I recommend try it when you beat the DLC

The battle against Amarys (specifically Skarmory using Whirlwind) reminded me of a team I once saw in Pokemon Showdown, which was designed to set up as many entry hazards as possible before using moves like Roar, Whirlwind, Dragon Tail, etc. to constantly force-switch out the opponent's team and rake them across all those entry hazards. Sure, whole strategy dies to Rapid Spin, but still.

Crispin was the first of the BB Elite 4 I battled- since I was playing Scarlet, I used a team of Paradox Pokemon to turn his sun strategy against him. Walking Wake and Koraidon were my leads so I didn’t have to wait on Talonflame to set up, and I had Gouging Fire, Raging Bolt, Great Tusk, and Sandy Shocks to round out the team. This team also beat Amarys, though I swapped Great Tusk for Hearthflame Ogerpon in that fight.

During Amarys' trial I did so bad at the flying, I flew over the top of the finish gate and couldn't turn around in time to win, it was embarrassing. The second time went much better thankfully.

I had such trouble with that. The inverted controls still screw me over occasionally.

I made sure to make the most spiciest sandwich for Crispin I possibly could, I had a hard time getting ingredients because some of the trainers were looking for ingredients I didn't have, it sucked that I couldn't start out with all the ingredients I already had, but, I finished that particular quest and I defeated Crispin.

I love how Applin went from Nordic Wyrm to Greek Hydra in two evos
