Apparently those people who are hating don't realize acne is much more then personal hygiene and soap products...it's sometimes stress, and that time of the month, and sometimes it's different things. They need to quit judging and see the amazing, beautiful person you are! Keep doing what you do!

As someone with acne issues who feels as if I NEED makeup to even go out, you inspire me!

I would loooove a zodiac inspired "series", and they would be so good for birthday gifts if sold in accordance with the signs! If you were to make this, maybe make them by season? and not necessarily as many as you usually do, but a bit more limited? but yeah like pisces, aries and taurus in the spring, gemini, cancer and leo for summer, virgo, libra and scorpio for fall, and saggitarius, capricorn and aquarius for winter... idk, a series on the zodiacs would be really cool to see, I wonder what designs you would come up with

I know I’m a year late; I’ve been watching your’s and Kenny’s videos as a newbie for a week now. I’m over 60 years old and maybe age allows me to appreciate the people rather than the trappings (lights, music, edits, makeup, etc). I find you, and the family I’ve been introduced to, completely delightful. I enjoy your personalities and find your joyous enthusiasms uplifting and inspiring. I don’t want to get mushy so I’ll quote a favorite YT personality: You do you, Boo Boo. And for the haters: There’s the door, don’t let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya. Edit: Gonna go make me some waffles now!

I purposely watch your videos with my girls because sometimes you wear a full face of make up with your hair done, and sometimes you don’t. I do the same thing in my own life and I think it’s an important message to send to my kids. Sometimes mommy wears make up, and sometimes she doesn’t, depending on her mood. If mommy wears make up, it’s because it’s fun and she feels like it... not because she has to. Rock on Mama!

I love that you keep it real. No make up, daggy back grounds etc. When things seem too perfect, they usually are cos they are 'put-ons' for the camera. The way you keep it real is one of the reasons I watch your videos. Please remember that for every 'hater' there are 100's of 'lovers' of your videos. If peeps dont like what they 'see' they should scroll on by and learn to keep their mouths shut because at the end of the day your soaps are what matter and they are amazing. All the other stuff is just cosmetic. Take it all away and your still left with your amazing soaps. Keep doing what your doing Katie. You are so generous with your information. To me your gorgeous NO MATTER WHAT your wearing, or whether you have make up on, or if your hair is done. I dont understand people that think its ok to bully others. To me it shows me alot about them. By coincidence, that's exactly where I stopped it too! And also because I was annoyed that she's getting so many complaints. This is her channel. She doesn't have to share these videos with us; she'd probably do just fine just selling soap. I think it's a privilege to be allowed into someone's studio to see what they do and how they do it.

I think you're truly amazing as you are. I love the 100% honesty and love that you aren't perfect all the time. Makes me love you even more.

In reference to,"Do people still write letters?" My boyfriend lives in the U.K. and I live in V.A. at the moment. We Skype and write e-mails everyday and once a month we hand write a letter to each other. When I saw his first letter, I was so amazed at how beautiful it was. A year later he came to V.A. to see me and then we went back to the U.K together and I stayed with him for 10 days and he confessed that at first he paid his sister to write them for him and then he practiced A LOT so he could write them himself. Two years, tons of e-mails lots of half asleep skypes (on both ends because of the time difference) and 4 visits 2 to va and 2 to uk we still write a monthly handwritten letter and I have saved all of his (in a lace hat box he gave me as a b-day gift.) and he saves all of mine (in a wooden trinket box I gave him) so we can show our kids what real love looks like.

How about Ray for your new soap cutter? Cause like princess and the frog. The Firefly named Ray loves the star he's named Evangeline? I'll go home.

Girl, we’re here for the soap. Your amazing personality is a super fantastic bonus. Makeup or not, you’re gorgeous. And I love your honesty and transparency.

Your soap came out great despite the darkening! The piping and embeds were perfect. I’m not surprised it darkened so much. I soaped that fragrance a month ago and it was a disaster. 😩 I kept the batter very fluid to use in squeeze bottles and long story short, it seized. Had to cram in a mold. I used a vanilla color stabilizer for CP soap, at a 1:1 ratio since the FO has such a high % of vanilla. I think that was my mistake. The soap had pools of oil on top that took a week to absorb into the soap. At least it was a small batch. Glad to see you didn’t have any difficulties with the fragrance aside from the soap darkening up. Still works since it’s a Fall soap. 🎃

Honestly I appreciate this so much. I recently started going to work without makeup (5am ain't nobody got time for that) and I get so many more people telling me I look tired or asking if I'm sick. Katie I think that you were a beautiful girl before you got married and had a wonderful baby and I think that you glow and are even more beautiful now after. I would rather you not have to put on the makeup if you don't want to. I am a seasoned woman and am graying at the temples, my eyebrows need serious attention according to my friends and my hair needs to be dyed but I just don't want to and if anyone loves me then it will be for me not for the way I look. So I just want to tell you that I Love you just the way you are.

Katie, I gotta say, one of the things that drew me into your videos was that I clicked on it and you were just you. Your hair was in a messy ponytail (back when your hair was long) like mine always is. You didn't have makeup on. I could see your acne. You were you and you were beautiful. You made me feel okay to do the same thing. I'm not more drawn to your videos with makeup or without - because hey! Sometimes it is fun to get jazzed up. I'm drawn to them for your silly voices and your creative soaps. YOU inspired me to make my own soap two weeks ago because I have a coconut allergy and can't buy your awesome soaps! It didn't turn out the way I planned, but your videos have also taught me to go with the flow and it's still a great bar of soap (or I think it will be after it's done curing). Keep being you because that's the way I like it. I almost never comment on any videos, but I had to add to the positivity in the comment section.
