Keep up the consistency. But since you have gotten up to 1k members, I would advise you started creating long contents from 8 minutes and above for two reasons: 1. You will be amazed how your watch hours will get to 4k quickly and 2. Those stories will monetized. When your channel gets monetized, each video will generate independent income, and videos below 8 minutes don't get monetized even if KZread places advert on them.
