Love watching them, I do not know how Sondre continues to do some of those moves. My knees hurt just watching him. As always Tonya is the best.
I am 62 years old even when I was in my 20s and considered very athletic even considered captain of the flag team football. I cannot do what those two did which is high endurance good for them they were terrific.

you're right, this type of dancing asks for high endurance - I did practice several times a week in my twenties, now in my almost 70th, I'm still dancing, but not that fast anymore, it's smoother but still fun !
