The Inheritance Games is a great series for teens! A sort of YA Knives Out vibe.

BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS!! For the Percy Jackson series, there is that set of the first five books you showed in the video, and then there is a sequel series called "The Heroes of Olympus" with an addition 5 novels. The "Greek Gods" book you showed is a short story collection that tells the historical greek myths in modern, fun Rick Riordan style. I absolutely adored those books as a teenager and highly recommend them for any of your girls who are interested. Great, positive messaging and appropriate for all ages, while still being engaging, exciting, and dramatic. Just in case Santa needed some more info on which Percy books to bring ;) Other series that are great for that age are The Selection, The Raven Cycle, Fablehaven, and The Ranger's Apprentice. Rick Riordan also has a Norse mythology series ( the titles include the name Magnus Chase, who is Annabeth’s cousin!), The Trials of Apollo ( Apollo has to take on the form of a teen boy and prove his worth to regain his god form) and an Egyption mythology series ( The Kane Chronicles), which is the only one I didn’t like. Jacqueline Wilson’s books are good for younger teens, they cover a variety of different issues ( divorce, bullying, friends moving away, family member death/illness) really sensitively. The Hunger Games ( and the prequel, A Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes) are some of my favourite books too. The Selection was quite enjoyable too.

Rick Riordan has his Trials of Apollo series which is after Heroes of Olympus and he has a new series coming out, The Sun and The Star.

@@nerdynicky91 Yes, Trials of Apollo is SO good! I didn't know about the new series - that's exciting! The Magnus Chase trilogy by him is also amazing!! He has enough books that the entire Christmas morning could be filled with his work!

Oh yes, the Matched series was really excellent! There’s also a future dystopian series where love is considered a disease, when you get 18 you get immunised against it, called Delirium, I think.

I stayed at home on Black Friday to avoid the shopping crowds, Weisses. I had leftover Thanksgiving dinner. I took a break on the next night so I had 2 barbecue sandwiches and potato chips. I'm having holiday leftovers on the next night.

Percy Jackson is the first series in the camp half blood chronicles!!! There are 3 main series all containing 5 books each (pjo, heroes of Olympus, and trials of Apollo). There are 2 other series Magnus Chase and the Kane Chronicles! All of these series take place in the same universe and cross over at one point

The twisted Disney tales are awesome ,you might like Inkheart series by Cornelia Funk , oh tigers curse Colleen Houck and books by Ann Rinaldi are pretty good too, my mom and the Director at our local library for a while and I was a volunteer librarian who worked with the kids so I suggest to check out your local library too that way you could try out books before you actually purchased them ! the Rick Riordan book series are pretty cool Percy Jackson series is only five books and then there’s a side series that are involved that are three or four books I forget for Greek / Roman and then there’s a whole Other series for the as Norse gods and the Egyptian gods!

Twilight series is really good 😊 they will love it

I would also recommend the Hungar Games books they have 4 books they are so good. I'm asking the three other books for Christmas.

yes, the "percy jackson" series only has 5 book in total! but rick riordan has many other series which introduce new characters, but also involve the originals. the next related series is "heros of olympus," "trials of apollo," "magnus chase," and "kane chronicles"! ive read them all, and they're really good. (they're really the only books that have ever hooked me.) merry christmas guys!!

Our Thanksgiving wasn't that great either. My husband and I were battling Flu A so we had to postpone our family dinner. We had a small dinner for the two of us and our sons had a small dinner at their own houses. Hopefully tomorrow we will have our family dinner.

Full House, Michelle, and Stephanie, which you could probley find at a book barn, I dont know if you have any, in the areas, you live in, but the full House Michelle, and Stephanie, book series are great, favorite book series ever! The Babysitters Club Grapic Novels, are also really good, and a wrinkle in time, the cupcake club, the cupcake diaries, sundae spa, and sprinkle and sundaes are my personal favorites.

I thought the last time you went to Disneyland before Jagger was born was the fall of 2019. I'm pretty sure the pandemic began in March of the following year. He really "does" need to go there like he's never been there before. I'm an East Coast guy who's been to Walt Disney World before.

6:27 you are not alone my 23 month old son loves throwing balls any type to be exact and he has been like that since before he was walking. I will say when not playing with balls, hes playing with his monster trucks and cars, but if not mommies appliances ex: vacuum, broom, mop

my nephew is the same way with balls, he’s about to be two and he’s always loved throwing balls and playing with cars and his two older sisters never went through that faze not that i remember
