ron de bruin I agree, but Bob Marley was a strong-armer like Michael Jordan, who coincidentally was also born in February. He (they) demanded a certain way and giving up or in was not an option. Can’t take the heat, get out of Miami! Rita M is a witch, I’d like to add, don’t be fooled by her one bit - she should’ve left Bob while he was alive, not conspire to kill him and then accuse him of what she condoned until he died.

No songwriter ever put so much truth and wisdom in 3 minutes songs and made them so groovy and irresistibly danceable on top of it. The greatest of all times in any genre.

I dont agree, many songwriters did so for example Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, Paul McCartney, Lennon etc... But I do agree there will never be anyone greater than Marley in reggea music, truly one of a kind. Peace people

He was truly a prophet just ahead of his time. His message is still current and good for consciousness. Be awakened my brothers.
