"In this age of technological inhumanity Scientific atrocity Atomic misphilosophy Nuclear misenergy It's a world that forces lifelong insecurity We're the survivors, yeah! We're the survivors! Yes, the Black survivors! We got to survive, y'all!" Prophet Bob Marley
Love this man, i remember the day i heard he passed, it was May13 1981, was school holidays in NZ, i was in Kaikohe Northland. was about to go canoeing on a lake, i just sat down under a manderine bush and cried - i was 10
One of best concert in the music history
This is the anthem of the African Revolution
This is one of the best shows ever in music industry. I've watched it thousand times, recorded it on VHS cassette, made it an mp3 album, recorded it on an audio cassette. And it gives me chills everytime I play it! That is like the Top of his career, before the cancer and all that. Thank you Robert Nesta Marley!

Cant get enough of this track. One of the forgotten hit songs.
Running away...The Best of The Best, of Bob Marley.
Reggae drumming is like heavy artillery.. synchronised and precise.
In my humble opinion, Michael Jackson and Bob Marley were, are and will be the most important singers in the history of the music

Frank Sinatra. Sinatra got inside the lyrics of the song. Initially, he was as thin as a rail with a limited vocal range and he managed to bring an intense depth to the simplest of songs.... he nailed the meaning of the lyrics like never before. Great videos on YT of Frank...

No songwriter ever put so much truth and wisdom in 3 minutes songs and made them so groovy and irresistibly danceable on top of it. The greatest of all times in any genre.

I dont agree, many songwriters did so for example Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, Paul McCartney, Lennon etc... But I do agree there will never be anyone greater than Marley in reggea music, truly one of a kind. Peace people
He was truly a prophet just ahead of his time. His message is still current and good for consciousness. Be awakened my brothers.
