I was 5"11 when I was 14 so that's why people thought I would grow even more but that was it for me. Genetics is everything. I can’t say that sometimes people grew not naturally. But I know people who have taken growth hormones to keep growing in basketball. Doesn’t surprise me if those players took also. I mean I have never seen a guy out of sudden from short being super tall. Only in the besketball situation. Something else must have happened here. I think they took growth hormones. There’s no way they could gain so much height at that age. Ok some have the genetics but come on. Something doesn’t seem right here.

Pretty similar here too. I was the same as you at 14 y/o and stopped at 6.05". At least I could jump to 11ft (at my peak) and dunk easily since 15y/o which wasn't that common for a white boy from Europe who initially loved ⚽ until 14 y/o 🤪
