Fair Crawfish Pies
Thanks to the Thibodaux Service League’s Louisiana Legacy Today Cookbook we can make the yummy fair crawfish 🦞 pies at home!
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound crawfish tails
1 can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 teaspoons Tony’s seasoning
Hot sauce
1/4 cup green onions
1 dozen small tart shells
Note: The recipe recommends Keebler mini tart shells. This makes a BIG difference in the taste of the pies. Does anyone know where I can find them?
