No no . Not in LOS ANGELES and Chicago. And you can buy premade mole in a supermercado ( mexican market)

@@mariocisneros911 i understand but I need to go to Texas and see how they present it. After I learn, then I buy it at a local Mexican market outside of Texas and put it together. The restaurant experience is like a cooking school. That’s how I learn to make dishes

Yes, I have been all over San Antonio and I can not find Mexican Food anywhere! Help!

You're joking ? Any mexican area has 3 . And our food is now accepted in most areas but not in ultra elite areas. They consider our food poor which it is , but rather have french or Italian restaurants

@@michaelmatthewgee el DF en la Culebra. Venden pambazos, huaraches, nopalitos, cabrito, sopes, barbacoa de borrego, tienen un menu muy amplio. Las Quekas en Military tienen quesadillas de Flor de Calabaza, tinga, Rajas poblanas, chicharron prensado.
