If she was going straight from a left turn lane isnt justified at this point, trying to exit from the inside lane and cutting across 3 lanes without any sort of indication is 100% your fault, anyone who tryies to defend you at this poing shouldnt hold a valid license

On paper it's probably 50/50. I would say by your style of driving it's your fault so you should probably just own that. Being a good driver is not just about your actions. It's about being able to predict other drivers about to make a mistake and avoiding them. Your driving style pretty much makes it impossible for the lady to avoid you. I'm sure you'll recover and you'll learn a lot from this.

she def can go straight on from there, it's not a left turn only, road markings do allow you to go straight on - i know where that is. but look, is what it is now, lesson learnt & onwards/upwards

​@@steves5287 She was in the left lane, which made Pantha assume she'll drive left and onwards, but she instead drove straight on instead of driving left and drive straight on from previously driving left means that she had to slightly steer your car right and not indicating does not stop someone from steering their vehicle 😂.

Poor lady probably being pressured by those youngers into believing it’s her fault when it was 100% panthas fault.

New subbie not going to grill you as by the sounds of it learnt a lesson. My honest opinion it was 50/50.

If your 100% it wasn’t your fault you’d be going insurance and let them fix your car. Do the sill repair etc…. That would be my mindset anyway why make the effort fixing the car yourself if your 100% your not at fault

Are you dumb? The arrow for LEFT indicates it is the only lane for turning left. NOT that it is left turn only. At that roundabout the left lane is for left and straight on.
