Glad you're still here! This song cuts to my *darkest* fear. The *second* great love of my life *insists* on struggling alone through her PTSD from childhood trauma & has contemplated suicide before. The *first* great love of my life left me a widower at 37 after a long battle with kidney disease (the '80s film 'Steel Magnolias' is a 'love-hate ' movie, hits way too close to home) despite almost 15 years with a successful transplant. Prequel to 'Waiting for Your Love' from the new (2019) album, Rust? RIP 'Babydoll' (1961-2003) and stay strong, 'Goodbye Girl' (1971- ).

They are such an amazing band and they've been through so much shit. It's really unfair but they're badass for sticking around regardless of the unfortunate things life throws at them. That's why I love them so much. That, and the amazing music they make.

Such an underrated band! Sounds like Mötley Crüe 7.0, with singers who can sing. My favourite albums are those with SC on vocals. Killer stuff. You can't be more rock n roll.

I dated a girl that was struggling with alcoholism, I tried to save her but she was too far gone. I had to leave her. I couldnt change/help her... This song reminds me of her.

My second ex-fiancee from 35 years ago whose psycho mother drove her to alcoholism and a crummy marriage to a POS who abandoned her, and nearly to suicide, because her father approved of me back then, and his estranged ex-wife despised me purely out of spite. Being caught up in their divorce drama nearly drove me from occasional binge drinking to full-on alcoholism, too. I did salvage good friendships with both ex-fiancees, though. I did 'save her' in a small way, I guess.

There are not many fans who know what this song is really about.....same with Beautiful Pain.....and even less know why Simon split during the Japan tour......He's not coming back. He did have his glory and fame...for a few short moments. His eyes got opened and he paid attention to the indicators of his future. Smart man.

Did you know Simon was rumoured to of married Lavina Nymphaea kymiliel who was a professional Soviet trained ballerina who wrote song lyrics?Lavina actually left Skid Row Sebastian early after Skid Row 2nd album+requested she be excluded from Sebastian Bach book memoirs although Mtv Kurt Loder knew her, interviewing Sebastian wearing their wedding ring that Bach also wore on his Moscow+Wembly England gigs. was also married to Skid Row Sebastian Bach in 1985 or 86.If you look on youtube for a video by Gene loves Jezebel entitled Bruises one may view her with her long hair dyed goth black very briefly in video as she wrote some lyrics in song, she also did metal screams on Screaming for Emmalene a goth hit.

I saw them once 10 years or so ago, they were playing with Dia Psalma with Hardcore Superstar being the headliners. Good times, better times. Had to stand up for over 8 hours though, and my feet hurt like hell, they always do due to some fuckery :D Good song btw, I like it a lot

Formulaic cliche soft metal band, trying to look edgy. I guess they're probably from Estonia so the late 1980s sound makes sense. that said, they're actually quite enjoyable to listen to.
