I am so unbelievably glad VV added scratch marks in the floor where the barrels bounce. That makes this so much less annoying!

This Screen Only Appear On The Levels Contains A Colored Gem
I've noticed that there are markings on the floor from the bouncing barrels. That helped quite a bit.

The bouncy containers are the hardest to get past
Pretty sick guitar riff on this level
I always found this level quite difficult. Looks awesome remastered though.
My favorite level and soundtrack of crash universe.
I remember struggling to do this level so much a long time ago on PS1 but as soon as I bought the Nsane Trilogy, I passed the level in a very easy way without even losing a single life - jump to the side for a few milliseconds when a bouncing barrel is getting closer to you and then quickly fall back onto the floor before you fall in the toxic waste. That's the easiest way to handle these obstacles. Standing in places where the barrel bounces across in the air is another way of avoiding the object but a more risky one if you ask me 👍
Love this level, my all time favourite used to find this level difficult when first playing it but now it's not that bad at all! Such a shame you died but at least it's only for the colours gems, you can get this one! (Btw like and subbed)
Who didnt realize that their was black Marks on the floor near the end?
The two boxes under and on top of Tnt crate you can just hit one and leave the other it will count even if it gets exploded. So you don't risk getting killed missing the 2nd one
Probably my favorite level. Even in the original.

This level is, in actuality, inherently easy...but those...FUCKING...BOUNCING BARRELS!!!

lol on the PS1 the barrel was a lot bigger, and till now still dont know how to avoid jumping barrel!
Damn good level
This level's one of my favorites. Always keeps you on your toes, but not to the point where you want to throw your console out the window. Looking at you, Slippery Climb gem challenge.

On the remastered version yes, only for color gems but in the original version you can not die since you go back to the check point but all boxes you broke are gone, CB1 is the hardest crash bandicoot ever made, I got 100% in the original version and took me about 1 and a half month, while this remastered version only took me 3 days, even so amazing and beautiful game 10/10
