"focus" and "settings" do not appear in the menu, some help?

Is the firmware of all devices up to date (mastereye 2.2.1)? Do you only have the two items „language“ and „Info“ in the menu?

@@deadendboredom I have the same problem but firmware is not availabke at zhiyun website , do you know where could i find it

@@DavidReyes-wj6sj Actually, you should have found VC100 Firmware on the website... but I couldn't find it either just now. I would suggest contacting support and ask if they can send it to you.
