Great video, I have one question for 6K pro would you go with crane 3s pro or DJI RSC 3 pro combo...the crane is like half the price on amazon lately but I read that it got aome problems with blackmagic pocket cameras...maybe you could help me answer the question and yes I know the crane is mega heavy but I intend to use a easy rig with it...thx in advance

The question is not so easy to answer. I have personally used both the Crane and the RS2 (which are fundamentally comparable in size and power Go the RS3). With the 6K, the issue was always that it just barely fits on the gimbal, but the camera is actually slightly too wide. This often caused slight vibrations in the image. I can't say for certain if this has changed with the RS3, as the dimensions have remained the same, so the camera may still not fit optimally. On the Crane, the size of the camera is not a problem, and I haven't had any issues with the connection between the gimbal and the camera. Starting and stopping works smoothly, as well as adjusting camera settings. However, when it comes to the quality of the motion, in my experience, DJI is better. On one hand, the movement feels intuitive, and on the other hand, the control with the app and directly on the device is more convenient. I have filmed with both gimbals, and it's possible with both of them. Ultimately, especially for gimbal work, and also because of the lack of autofocus (yes, I also have the Pro Set with the focus/zoom motors, but in many situations where you have to focus on complex movements, autofocus is more practical), I switched to a different camera that fits very well on the RS2 physically.

@@deadendboredom thx for your answer yes I am doing gimbal work if needed with S5 or GH5s and AF C, with Blackmagic Video Assist to get BRAW with them...not too crazy stuff basica probably a S5iiX or ii would be better to upgrade and stay with my basic Feyoutech AK2000 Wich works fine no the newest stuff but ok I like shooting as well handheld but with cinecam like BMPCC6K it is well very difficult and shaky except in slow mo... Ok easy rig helps to a degree as well the added Vmount battery and so...and stabilized lens... So probably S5ii with video assist could be for me the way to go.

Unfortunately, I have no solution to the problem. The gimbal measures its rotation from -180 to +180, with the starting position in the front being 0. With a programmed movement, the gimbal always seems to take the shortest route and does not allow rotations beyond 180°. Key frames in between, as you have certainly already tried, are not a possibility, as there is always a short stop there. If we both have not roughly overlooked something, then it is up to Zhiyun to make this function possible via update.

What app are you using? and how is it connected to the crane? is it via wifi and the image transmitter? or is it something else?

I use the official ZY Play app to connect both with the gimbal and the transmitter.
