Southern California born, living in the deep south now. I am enjoying it immensely. Land and home for 1/4 of the California prices. You organize and create when renovating a home to your liking. I would love just one channel. Congratulations!

Our son is a 6th generation San Franciscan and we never dreamed of leaving our home town. We did have to move across the bay to purchase our first house. However in 2003 my husband’s job moved us to NC. We were able to buy our dream house that would have cost over 1 - 2 million dollars in the Bay Area and was under $300,000. in NC. It’s 3,400 square feet. We love it. Make your life easy and keep it all on one channel and we can decide what we want to watch. Praying for all the work you have ahead of it.

You always have interesting videos even if they don't apply to me. I enjoy watching all of them! And thrilled for you in this new step in your life. Moving cross country is not easy but I know you will make it as easy as it can be. I have moved 7 times since we've been married but only had to pack ourselves the first time. My MIL was so helpful and taught me some little tricks. Your new house and property look like heaven. Blessings for your beautiful family.

Norrine, I live in Louisville, Ky. Have lived here my entire life. We are known as a big, little city. KY is certainly different from southern California. There are so many places to dis over and explore in KY AND Indiana. We have beautiful, green landscapes, parks aplenty, rivers, lakes and streams. But, I hope you are ready for the humidity!
