I’m currently on a spending hiatus, but next month a convention is coming to town! So I will take a brief break with a strict budget! Last year I bought the newest colors of lunar paste. This year I will be looking for the stencils and the brick and script stamps. Thank you both for spending time creating, it was wonderful to see the sheer delight on your face Jennifer, as Simon demonstrated some “new to you” techniques! Thank you both for sharing your talents with all of us!

For reference, and this is NOT a complaint, I could see the colors of sparkles in the glitter but I had a hard time seeing the "creamy" finish (wet) vs. the dry shine-only finish. *UPDATE* I finally could see it when you showed the gold on the powder blue paper. It was very clear then. Glad I kept watching. I'd already ordered the full set of these new items before I watched but this was still a very valuable watch!! Thanks to you both!! Lori S in PA

I use Simon's Stark White cardstock for my card bases. I was surprised when he said it was 110# because it feels more like 120# or even 130#. I had to pause the video and go look at mine! Not only is it the whitest white & the smoothest CS I've found, but it has never ever cracked on the scored fold! Plus, you can watercolor on it (not tons of water, but watercoloring small images is great). It's good with Copics, blending inks, etc. I can't praise it enough! I think you will be so impressed when you try it, Jennifer!

I clean my lunar paste stencils with dawn power wash and a toothbrush and it gets off everything!

I just bought the Astro paste bundle through SSS instead of Ranger. Ranger wanted $75 and shipping for me was $77. Not gonna happen. SSS CHARGED $53 with $9.99 shipping. It’s a no brainer even without the discount code. Which way would you go?

That’s so strange! Ranger shows me $53.91 for the bundle and it’s even better with the discount. When I’d gone to order after this live, the bundle was sold out so I had to get singles and order what wasn’t sold out on Ranger from scrapbook.com.

When you do the rainbow technique, could you put the excess in an empty jar to use later?

I live in a very Dry Climate Area (Idaho) and my ink pads dry up quickly, any advice for them?

This is the first long video I’ve watched without fast forwarding through parts of it. Very enjoyable and educational. I guess the glitter mesmerized me. I first met Simon and his mom at JunkieFest when his Dude stamp set was first being released. It is a pleasure to see him now as a young adult enjoying his career. I look forward to the second video with embossing folders & such.

Don't throw a wood handle brush into a water container for more than a short time. Left there the wood will expand, then once out of the water the wood will shrink. The ferrule will fall off.
