The Bachelor of Science in Craft Brewing is an interdisciplinary bachelor degree program offered by the College of the Sciences. It provides students with an in-depth understanding of brewing and the brewing industry as well as insight into other fermented food and beverage products. The degree is built upon a strong foundation in science that is translated to hands-on and practical experiences to prepare students for a career in brewing and other related fields. Students will gain valuable hands-on experiences utilizing our pilot brew system, performing independent research, and participating in an internship program. While also being provided networking opportunities with industry professionals through field trips, guest speakers, and industry collaborations.
