Johnny is freaking magic.
Wonderful band, truly underrated.
These guys should release an album featuring this lineup and content.
Love this set... I'd like a limited run CD of Cracker Unplugged Live

Superb 👌🏽
Dave, you may not know this, but in BFL people used to say that people living in the more "country" parts of town were in either BF Kentucky or BF Egypt. I was born and raised in BFL and after college lived in Redlands, CA for a spell. At one point I was a manager for Wherehouse Records in the late 80's. I had no idea Redlands was home for you. One other odd note. I caught a solo show in AZ by Johnny. In a copper town. It was nice and intimate; except my wife got sick. Was not sure why exactly. We were staying at the hospital turned hotel. Turned out she was pregnant. Nice show for as long as we could stay. I used to tease my daughter and say, "You saw a big talent before you were born." She one upped me by being a good singer and actor. Her guitar playing... Well will just say she can sing and play. I can sing. That is about it. This performance is lack luster, but when I was college freshman... Stir crazy time: Miss Olive Ann Bringle. kzread.info/dash/bejne/epummKqMdpvcgrQ.html She will be 21 this year. About the same age I was when I saw Camper and Syd Straw with Dave Alvin. That was a nifty night. Regards. David Robert Bringle. PS: My great grandfather was from Manhattan, Kansas and moved to San Bernardino and grew oranges until his death about 1959. He drove a home built car with two engines ganged together in a Packard body... Uh he put longhorns on the front and a wooden cowcatcher too. Apparently a local character. Marion Bringle. My dad was definitely his descendant. Driving one of my pops vehicles could be an adventure. I learned to date athletic girls that had a sense of humor....
...the terrible green, green grass.
