It’s great

I heard this song about 1.5 years to retirement and people would ask what are you doing after retirement. I’d listen to this driving to o work and it would play in my head and I d sing the lyrics, Now it a reality, live in W. TN. Living the. Dream! For sure really living it

Just saw them at The Windjammer, IOP, SC on the beach stage. They now feature “Cannon” on the pedal slide. Great show!

Cracker was ahead of the curve. This song came out during my term as vice principal under Brock Toboggan. It's more relevant now than ever.

When a song is good it doesn't matter how long ago it was when you last heard it. Music has no expiration date. I wonder if people will ever understand this. People are so concerned with how old a song is and will say that's a reason not to listen to it. Makes absolutely no sense

Cracker might not be, but Dave Lowry certainly should be. Between Camper Van Beethoven and Cracker, dude is a complete lyrical genius.

I saw them last night. They're still great, still rock, still put out new music, still tour...hope you can catch them somewehere.

they must have spent at least $75 on making this vid...and it's awesome. in a way it is metaphorically a lot like Cracker. Telling a great story, artistically without all the flashy f'ing bullshit - about $75. and it'll be the best $75 you ever spent.
