I guess if you start there, then one by one you start turning the deck into UB scam.

I recently learned of the existence of the card "Encroach". I thought of a similar Deck to put that in. So evil, i like it.

I love this deck and it what it needed. Though extracting the fetch lend instead of what it fetches has from all the extractions i have seen always lead to disaster

You had me at Surgical Extraction!

When I started playing, one of the first decks I made was a MB LD with a similar idea in Eventide Standard. Rain of Tears, Drain the Well and Poison the Well until you do a Nightmare Incursion or two and exile all lands from your opponent's deck.

This looks awful but I love it, lets see how it actually plays out

I’m surprised there’s no pithing needle anywhere in the 75. It’s a decent hate card in addition to just being able to be put on a fetch to block them out of using it

I feel like thoughtseize would slot better in than hymn with the MD surgical plan here, opening up more t1 lines and keeping opp from getting underneath

"I'm in for some Attack-anuma" is why I watch these 😂

I love some good and honest mono B stuff!

add deadly cover-up maybe. it's a nice sweeper and hits basic lands with the exiling mechanic as well

Very powerful deck I have a G/B deck sort of like this one surgical extraction ain't no joke

I feel like this is the type of deck that bosh has talked the most crap about on his channel so it’ll be amusing to watch him play with it

Mono black scam is basically a much better variant of this deck mostly because trolls can fix mana. This deck is hoping to RNG rip the lands off the top when trolls available

I like grief before hymn there (regardless of the outcome)

With all of these crazy mana bases in EVERY constructed format, we need more punishment for those strategies. I really hope Wizards starts to print more land destruction to get these decks in check.

One way to win in MtG is to have a high win pct. Another way to win is to crush the very soul of opponents when you do win.

This strategy feels like it REALLY wants to include Stifles and Dazes.

I run a similar Rakdos deck, sinkhole is actually terrible on the draw.

Lands are sacred and i love blasphemy

44:44 is glorious.

I've never wanted a deck to do well so badly, but also not want it to 5-0 at all.

There's a high pitched sound in the intro that really hurts my ears. It's in every video lately I believe. Kinda sounds like one of those high pitch sound grenades that older folks can't hear.

Ban Orcish Bowmasters

Surgical on lands is only correct against degenerate lands: Tron, Cloudpost, Saga, etc. Surgical on that Island in Round 4 was incorrect. Against aggro-control mirrors, the Surgicals should have all been boarded out. The reason is that Surgical is good when there are only 2 card names of an effect you wish to dismantle--that's when Surgical is best. Against Murktide, Troll, Bowmasters, BrazenB, Reanimate, Grief...you can't possible cut their creatures off. You don't care about their lands. And you don't care about disrupting their permission. So no Surgical at all in the deck for such matchups.

In other words, Surgical is fundamentally about critically reducing the structural stability of the opponent's deck. If their deck is too redundant, that plan won't work and it's time to pivot.

Because Fatal Push is a premium Legacy removal spell.

Again, why would you play fetches in a monocoloured deck without any tech lands to fetch for? And no brainstorm, ponder, or any other way to know the top card that you would want to fetch away. Wouldn't swamps be stricktly better in this deck?
