Check his method...Cooking process..seasoned and cook on high heat to sear the protein and the seasonings. Gives a little crust lots of flavor

Since I find out salmon fish is Factory grown I stop eating it, but that looks so delicious 😋

​@@p.t.anderson1593 , I used to have a hard time pronouncing it, too, but it's a lot easier to pronounce once it's broken down. Wus-stuh-sure, wu-stuh-shr or wuss-tuh-shr. Whichever one feels better for you. The first and third ones are easier for me.
