I am glad that his scanner is working and hope you don't need their customer support, it is the worst customer service EVER. Have you tried contacting their ONE MAN Customer Support SHOW in the US? He lables his emails "Mr. Barnett", he respnds once and then stops, does not read the emails but spits out one email with general instructions. The SD Card on my Icarsoft MBII was corrupted, I spent a week sending emails to this Barnett character and no help whatsoever. I am throwing this piece of junk and getting something more reliable. Bad mistake buying this product.

Hello, on my Jaguar XF Bj 2008, despite troubleshooting, the coolant and blind spot error message lights up. Furthermore, I would like to read out errors in an Opel Corsa and delete them if they exist. Does your CR Pro vs EU Pro Diff. read and delete faults on both vehicles? Does Jaguar come pre-installed or does it still need to be downloaded and if so is there a charge? I will look forward to a quick reply. Kind regards Kaynar

Hi I don't see the cr pro + having isuzu as a manufacturer on it? Would it scan 2019 fleetline diesels?

Attention Important: The CR Pro can only operate vehicles that were built up to 2016/2017. For all newer vehicles you need the CR Pro + (until around 2021/22). No lifetime free updates... There haven't been any updates for this for a long time. Only for the system, but not for the vehicle files. Unfortunately, I fell for it too. If you want a more sustainable OBD scanner, you'll probably have to go for Launch, Autel or something similar. A pity.

I've had same problem, plus won't show live data on some cars, waste ov money as customer support if there is one ain't to bothered to reply

Don’t do the mistake buying one of these. The only thing it’ll do is to read codes and that’s it. None of the special functions will work how it supposed to work. Go for topdon, launch etc

just ordered the Pro from Amazon and they sent me the wrong one and now have to wait for money to be refunded just to get another one so be warned about amazon guys

I've read the ones on Amazon are replicas. I wouldn't buy those. They're way cheaper than the real icarsoft for a reason

Cr pro is a good piece of kit but the functions only work on some cars ie dpf option only works on certain diesel makes/models. It's a shame icarsoft hasn't managed to find a way of upgrading the pro software for download to what the plus can do, then again it's how they make their money. Also the icarsoft customer support is none existent. I kind of wished I went with another diagnostic tool but this one will do for now.

I wouldn't even touch icarsoft products anymore. As I say there is no customer support for the products so they don't really care about the consumer and their needs.
