Sir, we have installed this lock. Biggest problem is it is getting stuck. Lock doesnt open. Gets very difficult if v r outside. Big emergency. Guy who installed cant come immediately as he lives far off. Is there any way to open it in case of emergency? I have elderly bed ridden parents so have to use it and gets very problematic wen it gets stuck. Thanks.
