CPC + GBS8200 + same PSU = bouncy text

trying to power my CPC464, and GBS8200 from a PC power supply..
the screen/fonts seem to bounce/jump.. hard to see in this pic coz of the focus..but every time it looks like the focus is changing, the font is jumping...
..if i power the GBS from a separate wall wart power supply it all works fine..
