Canadian Pacific 2816 leading the Final Spike Tour on its way to Kansas City.
I was able to catch the empress twice on its tour in Liberty, Missouri. As it entered Liberty, it made a brief stop before continuing to Kansas City on the CPKC Kansas City subdivision.
