I just can’t figure out how Teo Kebachiev is in the top spots. He has horrible technique and is always just setting down and paddling with his feet. Then you see Johnny Walker with flawless technique place behind him????????

I'm also confused. Why is he paddling so much here instead of giving it full gas and the condition his bike is not that great.
