Valerie, I am so glad your channel showed up on my feed several weeks ago. You are a tough cookie! I also suffer from depression and applaud you for making that public to your viewers. Moving is one of the hardest things ever and when my husband and I moved 5 years ago it took us over a year to get everything moved as it took that long for our house to sell. Less is more and we downsized and got rid of many things when we decided to relocate. I am in the NC foothills and have enjoyed the views outside your Virginia mobile home. I would explore the taxes and things like that to decide where to relocate. My in-laws left Pennsylvania in 2006 and moved to SC because of the cost of living and it has a homestead tax exemption on property taxes. I also enjoy your recipes too! I have never seen radishes baked before. We grew them last year and used them in salads. Have a good weekend Valerie and I look forward to your next video.

I love radishes raw w lime myself but I guess anything rosated would be lovely. I make my sweet potatoes in the air fryer quick & delicious.

A huge thank you for that iced tea recipe 💜. It's now a staple in our home. I absolutely love your channel ❤️ On Amazon for about $20 there is a microfiber mop what I love about it is you add your own chemicals and spray and mop. Kinda works like a Swiffer wet jet. The only difference is it has the washable microfiber clothes and you use your own cleaning products. Comes with 4 microfiber clothes and the ones from the dollar tree do fit on there. Wish we could send photos I love mine. I would love to see more cooking videos thank you for sharing the ingredients. I got the sweet tea recipe from the last video.

Rub regular mustard all over then do the rub. Add brown sugar about 3/4 cup to you rub. Great video and glad you are making these videos!!!!

I'm glad you found something to help your depression.My daughter has bad depression.Ive been in hospitals all night,trying to get her help.The hospital staff was going to retrain her to the bed for her protection and others.My daughter says I know my rights I walked in on my own and I'm walking out on my own.So hospitals and Dr's hands are tied to a point for helping depressed people.

I have connected with you since the first video I watched. Ive been going through mental health issues and at the stage of life now where my children are older and feeling a bit lost. watching you has helped me to get through it. You’re doing amazing work and you’re such inspiration as a strong woman and mother 💙

Hi Valerie! I just love watching your videos. I use paper plates everyday. Any time I can save on housework, is a plus for me and worth every penny. I would like to suggest adding brown sugar to your dry rub and maybe rubbing the pork down with a little yellow mustard before adding the dry rub. I hope this helps. Take care and God bless! 😃🙏🏽❤

Great video Valerie. So happy you got the file cabinet under the desk. I love it and so glad that you found room . I would love to see more of the cooking. I love to cook too but am not techy at all. I bought us a instapot but could not figure it out and ended up giving it to my adult son who got married. He loves it. I must say one of the reasons your channel is so popular is because you are so authentic and the real deal. I love that you just work with what you have. Most of us do not have pinterest do dad kitchens and you prove that you make it work every day, even without the convenience of a dishwasher or washer and dryer. You can be so proud of your accomplishments. Thank you for sharing about your depression. I struggle with it too and it is so nice to know there are others who live with it.

Where you had the totes would be a good place for a small portable island with storage cupboards and a stainless steel or cutting board top.I;ve never seen radishes cooked. I do what Mom did and they are eaten raw or put in potato salad. I`ll have to try your way. Love your videos.

Another option for a similar mop is the e-cloth mop. I love mine. You just add water. It kills the germs and cleans the floor. I still do a thorough mop with a bucket and water but it’s definitely faster on busy days.

Even though your kitchen in the townhouse looked Pinterest perfect in the end, this mobile home kitchen seems much more conducive for meal prep,cooking and even dishes afterwards. It’s so open and bright and you’re not closed off from everything.( except for the skinny stove)😅🤣😂 I honestly think that I would prefer it!

you need to invest in a tuffy shed and then you can take it with you when you move..put bookshelves in it for your cleaning supplies and other bulk items...works!
