I want to sleep in that cabin so much in winter. Feel so calm everytime I watch this channel.

Compared to other log cabin dugouts, this is the most "polished" cabin I've seen. Made to perfection! It's enjoyable to watch.

This man is very talented. His videos look professional with the drone and close-ups and best shots. He also can build a cabin in the woods. If it's true, it's very impressive.

As I watch the cabin being completed as the days pass, I feel that the energy consumed in it is amazing👍

It was good to finally see I build without the extended meal preparations; it’s not what I watch builds like this for. Nice work and great job at completing the details as you go. It was also good to see how you handled a lot of your work with minimal tools. I really liked your setup.

I'm glad to see you build a cabin the way it's supposed to be built, debarking and burning the ends plus insulation.

@@lukeduke1440 It keeps it from rotting when it's in the ground.He SHOULD HAVE used clay, with dead grass to put in between,the logs to keep the wind out/ stop water leaks.

i just watch this videos for the cooking. Something about cooking in the wilds relaxes me.

My backyard looks exactly like this if you zoom in enough. 1/2 mi away are gas stations, strip malls, restaurants. The beauty of YT is that you can make any backyard look like 'the wild.'

I’m gonna buy me a wood burning stove and I am also getting large steel juice cans just incase I will need them for the chimney stack! I find something amazing about clips like these. It's in the winter, it's cold with snow on the ground, yet I haven't ever seen their breath.

It looks like they're working in temperatures above freezing. It would still keep snow from melting and you need, to still be dressed warm. At temperatures around 35--40 degrees the snow will stay on the ground.

I've been watching alot of these dugout videos and I've always wondered how do they keep from being flooded.

Good solid job. Appreciate the effort put in it. Nice year around man cave in the woods if you're alone for a 2-3 days hunting, trrapping or just chillin. I would have been tempted to go deeper in one spot for a private root cellar to keep a store of canned food on hand for when you get pushed for time.

Love the cabin build, using dead logs was perfect, bark came off easy. Love the below ground level, will keep warm in the winter and a little cooler in the summer. Only problem I see is no over hang over the front door, looks like water could sep in when it rain. Still I love it.

Great job, love how it’s put together with the smaller pieces of wood. Personally I would have love about 4 to 5 feet bigger in width. Lol. Oh…..your meals looked very good. 💜💜💯💯✝️✝️

Isnt it a problem to dig the cabin into earth? If it rains a few days I would at least expect the floor to be a swamp... Worst case the wood frame might become instable.... Did you experience some rainy days?
