Dear Winterfire87, it saddens me to see you go through depression and anxiety....I had agoraphobia pretty bad when my kids were small...starting with a huge bong of shared meds...legal in my state and recommended by my PCP...took self help and other help from county's mental health...and I learned that I would not have it worsen...if I had used this natural support system also...bless you and keep reaching out OK 👌

You remember the feeling of being unable to fall asleep as a kid because you were going to the summer camp or a big trip the next morning? Well I just got to experience it again. It's currently 1:47 in the morning and in four hours I have to get up and get ready to leave for a convention. And the strange thing is that I started listening to this, fell asleep, it ended I woke up like in tricking dark souls and replayed it, getting stuck in this loop where I get three hours of sleep and waking up for a few minutes before falling asleep again. Enough chitchat, I'll go sleep some more. Let's hope I have a safe trip!

У нас в России очень унылая и депрессивная осень. Все ходят хмурые, в чёрных куртках, а эти и так серые много этажки , становятся более депрессивные. Так ещё и холод неприятный, постоянный ветер и темнеть начинает раньше.

A bed in the corner, up against the windowsills. It's hard to make your bed every morning like that, but beds in the corner are the coziest. You've got windowsills to place all of the things you need, you could hunker down in bed forever.

Took me a while to figure out that that's a reflection of the fireplace and not a bonfire outside!

I love how cozy this is! Giving me such amazing autumn vibes! 🍂🎃

Imagine: You arrive home after a busy day of school. You have homework that needs to be done so you take your bag into your bedroom and put it on your bed. It was a cold day today so you go downstairs and make yourself a nice mug of warm hot chocolate. You go back upstairs and put your drink on your bedside table. Before starting your homework, you go over to the fireplace and light it, the orange and red flames brightening up your face. You close your eyes as you feel the heat reach your face. You think to yourself, you think about autumn and all the things you want to do during the season. You head over to your bed and set out your homework on your bed. It's raining outside and while you do your homework, you listen to the rain falling to the ground and the fire cracking in the air. You feel calm and at peace with your surroundings. This is only the beginning of autumn, there is so much more to come and so much more enjoyment. You have finally finished your homework. You pack everything away and take the empty mug and your school bag downstairs. You put the mug in the sink ready for washing and your bag by the front door ready for the next day. You decide to go and get a drink at your local coffee shop. You put on your favourite outfit and take your bag with your, phone, headphones and your favourite book. When you arrive at the coffee shop you order your favourite coffee and take it to the table nearest the window facing out towards the dark empty streets. You sit and watch for a moment as orange and brown leaves float gracefully to the ground. You put on your headphones and listen to your favourite playlist while reading your book. It's still raining outside so every now and then you stop and listen to the sounds of the rain before continuing again. Eventually it's 7pm and you decide it's time to head back home so you run through the rain while observing the scenery. You arrive home and change into your pjs. You have tea and climb upstairs to your bedroom. You get out your laptop and start watching your favourite autumn themed show on Netflix until eventually you fall asleep, still listening to the sounds of the rain outside...

Man, reminds me of back then Visiting our rich grandparents in the summer, hot land but beautiful rain. Sleeping in those cold quilts and pillows, but yet so comforting. Those strawberry and chocolate wafer straws, all in jars on the counters, play with action figures and playing on that old, stupid console. My abuelo making duck noises at me, his weird talent he showcases. The old four wheeler drives throughout their Acres. Watching grasshoppers in the grass, worms and beetles, grossed out and fascinated. Jet bubble baths, surrounded by a round exterior, big mirrors, pretty marbled sink, beautiful tiled floors, a separate room for bathing supply. It was all so much, but I loved it. Not for the money gone into it, but because those were the times i could be free and happy, with my family. I miss those days, but we can't go back. Grandpop is dead, grandma sold the land I believe, it's hard to get along with my family, they never shut up, and they judge me, I can't sleep on my own due to my own paranoia and fear, the cold is scary due to unknown trauma. Things have changed. I want those
