You can try making recipes for stuff that characters ate in books, make things you think characters in a book would like or decorate your creations in a way that ties it to a book ☺️📚🍪🍩🧁🥧🥮

Im Turkish!! We call it Lokum. There are like million versions of it. I like the plain Rose ones and the one with berries. The rose ones are the most common. Yours look so authentic!! And expensive hahah the ones that look like sticks are luxe ones and are pretty expensive. The ones covered in sugar are kinda cheap and easy to find. I am sad you dont like the rose one haha but its true; its really good if you kinda grew up w it like with honeycomb. I think you would like sweet sucuk or the lokum thats just plain with coconut that has the texture of a dense marshmallow.

Can I just say- this is quickly becoming my very favorite candy it was absolutely wonderful!! Do you have any recommendations for any Lokum I should try next?? I really liked the tart berry one and the pomegranate!! Edit: I didn’t see that you recommend the lokum that has coconut!! I’ll def look into ordering that thank you so much!!!😊❤️❤️

@@alexandraroselyn you are so sweet!!❤️❤️ there are just so many different variations of them. There are these mini ones that look like the rose ones but are very little (kus lokumu). They are fruit flavored and I think you’d like them! You have ones that taste like bubble gum (damla sakizli lokum) and just plain ones (sade lokum). There are chocolate coconut ones (cikolatali sultan lokumu). I think you’d like these more!! ❤️❤️

When you were trying to decide what to read next, I was like, “NORTH CHILD!” 😆 I absolutely loved that book and didn’t want it to end. I loved it so much after I finished it that I retold a super condensed version of it to my five year old and she was in love with the story

@@Megs901 IMO it reads like a YA but it was distributed through usborne so I imagine some ten year olds have read it. When I retold to my daughter I left out some details and elements of the story because I thought they may be too complex or scary for her, but overall I do see a middle grade age enjoying it if they enjoy a longer book with a slow burn. This book kind of felt like a cross between The Little Mermaid and Beauty and The Beast, but with a unique story all it’s own and set in Scandinavia

I completely understand you on The Starless Sea. I really enjoyed the book as a whole, but I was a bit lost at times, and some parts were hard to get through I think because I wasn't following everything. But wow, some parts were just so beautiful and the visual I got was amazing. All the "underground" descriptions, and the whole feel was just incredible. And yep, I even teared up at times. I loved The Night Circus. And I will definitely read, Anything she writes.📚💗

There's a great pattern called grandma's favourite dishcloth that you can google. I always feel happy when I can use a handmade dishcloth.

After I finished The Starless Sea, I Googled the ending explained and there are some great summaries and a good Reddit thread where people are discussing all the things they got out of the book. It was some great insight.

My family is from turkey and i don't really love turkish delight but I think it's okay. We also put the turkish delight in between butter cookies and squeeze it, i really like it, maybe give it a try❤️. I rlly enjoyed the video, it was so cute 😍

I get what you mean by The Starless Sea. It is personally a favourite of mine but I will stand by that the book itself doesn't make much sense and that while you are reading you are going to be somewhat confused. But it is the world, the writing, and the attention to stories and the emphasis of their importance that makes me love this book entirely. But I do understand why people have problems with the book and the people that just straight up not enjoy it.

First of all where is your onesie from? I love Buffalo plaids it’s my absolute favorite. Your videos always put me in a great mood. I loved you stressing that if we r stressed taking time to just relax. Unfortunately we are quarantined due to my kids school having an outbreak and my husbands job is in code red at an assisted living facility. So no work and no family. Also in the struggle of all this I’m very behind in school due to my husband being sick and having three kids. All I’m trying to say is thank u I really needed to hear that.
