It was so much fun! We found the best time to go in terms of crowds was as close to the first seating of dinner as possible 😊

My family and I started watching you all this weekend. I have to say my wife and I feel like if and when we do a Disney cruise without the kids we would do and act the way you all do. You have a ton of fun and love the interaction. I hope your phone got fixed 😂

Thank you so much for tuning in 🥰 we’re total kids at heart and Disney cruises (or anything Disney, really!) are the best places to let your inner kid shine! The phone screen is still cracked, but at least it brings up fond memories of our trip whenever we see it 😂

@@WendandWander well I once lost mine while at Disney world when it was just my wife and I so at least you still have it! We’re going to Cozumel on the dream for our second Disney cruise in a few months. And that excursion is the one I wanted to try so it was awesome to see.

Really cool to see that you guys have been to Tokyo before. I’m supposing my home parks of Tokyo Disney Resort also. The Mario Kart driving no longer exists, so exciting that you got to do it before it closed.

We were so sad that the Mario Karts were shut down, we think that has to be the most fun experience we’ve ever done abroad! Our Tokyo trip was very short sadly (and also very spontaneous - we booked the trip for just two weeks after Cheyenne discovered the Tangled exhibit at the Miraikan so that we wouldn’t miss it!) but because it was so short, we didn’t get the chance to do Tokyo Disney! Which of course means we’ll need to go back in the near future 😁

We are taking this tour in March - what food and beverage was included or did that cost extra? I want to be prepared. Thank you for this great video to help us plan our own adventure.

How exciting! Chips and salsa/pico de gallo were included in the tour, but we also got an order of chips and guacamole, which cost extra (as did the drinks). The menu had a few other food options that were more of a meal than chips and salsa, but it wasn't a huge selection. Hope that helps! 😊

What go pro do you guys use? I'm looking for a good camera for travel and the quality of the camera is so good on this!!

Hi Julia! We actually use an older GoPro Hero 7 mixed in with just iPhone videos every now and then, especially for darker videos (not sure about newer GoPros, but the older ones don't film well in the dark). Hope that helps!

It really was! We had the later dinner seating - we were assigned it both cruises, but we always eat late anyway, so it worked for us!

Very cool excursion!! Thanks for sharing your adventures. We plan to do this same exact cruise and excursion in May. Do they provide the bandanas or did you guys bring your own?

For the snorkeling, can we use our own snorkel gear and vest? I’m not sure I’m comfortable using snorkel mouthpieces from a ton of people before me.

Yes! You're allowed to bring your own snorkel gear, but you do have to wear the vest they provide 😊

I just found your video's and am loving your cruise that you guys did. If I may ask, what did you use to get the video, your phone or some other device? I only ask because my wife and I will be going on our first Disney Cruse next year, and I wanted to record some of it.

Thank you so much! For this cruise in particular, we used a combination of GoPro and iPhone footage, with the added accessory of a dive dome for our underwater shots 😊

My husband and my son would be all about that ATV excursion- not sure if my son would like snorkeling though. Do you recall if that part could be skipped or if there was a spot he could sit out (he’s 10) while my husband snorkeled?

Yes! There were a few people who wanted to sit out for snorkeling, and they relaxed in the shaded spot where they served the chips and salsa. Lots of seating and they brought out food and drinks early for those who skipped the snorkeling 😊 we just don't know if they'd allow your son to sit out alone - our guess would be that a parent/guardian would need to accompany him since both excursion guides went out on the snorkel portion.

Did you book through DIsney cruise and where did you leave your belongings while snorkeling?

We did book through Disney! And we left our belongings on the tables where they serve the food - the place wasn't busy at all, and we didn't feel any concerns about leaving our stuff since there were other staff there watching, along with those who didn't do the snorkel portion 😊

Here are the current prices - since there's pricing for ages 8+, we're assuming teens can go! But you did need a valid driver's license in order to actually drive the buggy 😊 $104.00 (ages 10 to 70) $94.00 (ages 8 to 9)

Do you have to know how to swim to snorkel?

While you’re given an inflatable vest and could probably float along just fine, we’d probably recommend knowing how to since you never know what could happen. That said, we felt very safe with our guides and those who didn’t want to snorkel had the option of staying in the seating area 😊

What patches did you use for sea sickness?

@@Jleex3 oh, interesting! Our doctor didn’t mention anything like that, nor is it on the pharmacy information that came with the prescription. We had no problems when it came to drinks (that we noticed, at least!) though Cody did experience the blurry vision that is listed as a side effect. Definitely ask your doctor about it though as it’s always better to be safe than sorry! 😊

This excursion was $104 per person, not including any tips you may decide to give to your tour guides. We believe there was a small discount for children ages 8 or 9 😊

@@WendandWander Was the excursion a Disney Excursion? I’m shocked Cody didn’t hit the puddles a little harder to sling some mud and water by hesitating before entry. I already told my wife if we do this and she doesn’t drive… be prepared. 🤪🤪

@@chuckhall8749 oh trust us, we definitely would have done that if the guides let us! That was probably the one downside to the port adventure - the guides were very strict with making sure no one made large splashes through the puddles. Still had fun though!
