they eventually sent him into the Thoroughbred Makeover program, gelded, to retrain as a hunter-jumper.

Feisty, independent & bites LOL. They were seeing this when he was much younger, too. He was this way pretty much out of the gate you might say. Well, if Seattle Slew & Secretariat were my great- and great-great-grandads, not to mention mom Z who probably could've run both of them into the ground, I'd be pretty feisty & confident too.

He's a bust, unfortunately the breeding game is no guarantee of anything but good genetics.

He needed to be gelded. He couldn't focus and his temperament supported gelding him but they thought he was worth tolerating due to who his mother is. In the end he was gelded and settled down immensely being able to train for jumping. I've seen videos of him on and off the ring and he was a completely different horse and was playful.

Every time I look at his workout times they seem to get slower. The last time he worked out he did 5f in 101.20. A former claimer ran 58.60. a filly who runs in claiming races worked out 101.00. What is up with this horse.

They should have ran him in claimers. he may have won for 15k lol

not every horse is born to run. cozie has been very successful in his other career.
