Goff fell into an Ideal situation, But he has not done anything so extroidinary to warrant such a Huge Deal, Detroit had a little Money to spin, and some Cap Room to get It done, Goff had a good year but not that DAMN GOOD

Goff is also 1 - 2 in those games you mentioned. He’s a solid QB, but I would venture to say that Dak is a better QB than Goff. 53 mil a year is essentially the floor of what a Dak contract would look like and if Lawrence/Love get paid in a month or 2, that floor will rise

No he's not .. Lance has No experience.. He's only played 1 full season of football since leaving High School .. His Sophomore year at North Dakota (low tier school) .. and that was 5 years ago in 2019. I'm all for ditching Dak but Lance got hyped at the Combine and some idiots (like Jerry) bought it.

Goff is somewhere up there around the top 10.
