My uncle also has a farm he has 2 desi and 4 jersey I don't drink dairy I would say if you are making authentic Indian food then use desi milk and for regular milk take jersey as it's more available then desi

But to watch the cow with those things around its nose, the ropes around its head and neck is painful. Is it necessary? Why can't the cow just be the way it is. In countries like New Zealand where cattle and dairy is also a big business industry, you won't see the cows being tortured like this with things tied around their nose and neck. Yes they do have a numbering system around the ears and that's it. Is this an Indian culture thing? Or just the way the owner wants it to be? Overall loved the process and the video.
